    I will post the recipes. I intended to take pics on the day, but didn’t get a chance somehow, but I make both dishes quite often anyway.

    You’ll be able to see it on the RTE website eventually – if you really MUST :( – I am sort of getting nervous, though its a bit after the event for that!

    I am completely GUTTED that I missed this in our airport drama yesterday. I demand video somewhere!

    Also, those of us who have no idea what to do with a pork belly anxiously await the recipe. Please please please :)
